Know of a great planning project, program, outreach activity, student project, or outstanding individual? The APA California Awards Program provides an opportunity to recognize and celebrate great planning work and individuals in California.
Nominations for the APA California 2009 Awards must first be submitted through the local APA California Section. From there, local award winners may then submit to APA California for an opportunity to compete with other nominations. The APA California Award winners will be announced at the Awards Luncheon held at the APA California Conference in Lake Tahoe in September 2009.
Over 30 nomination categories are available including awards for planners, elected officials, planning schools, and journalists working in California.
