Join the City of Roseville Development Services team as a SENIOR PLANNER. The Planning Division of the Development Services Department invites you to join a collaborative team as a Senior Planner guiding the work of the Current Planning section. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor staff, coordinate effectively within and across departments, and will have the opportunity to direct and guide development within one of the fastest-growing cities in California. As a successful candidate, you will possess experience with plan review; the development and review of staff reports and ordinances; implementation and interpretation of codes and planning documents; presentations before community groups, commissions, and Council; and the California Environmental Quality Act. Experience:- Two years of responsible professional planning work similar to that of an Associate Planner with the City of Roseville.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with major course work in planning, environmental studies or a closely related field.
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
- Possession of an American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) designation is desirable.

Salary Range
$105,658.18 - $141,592.26 annually
