The Community Development Department is organized across four divisions: Current Planning, Advance Planning, Building, and Economic Development and Housing. These creative urban planners will be proactive, responsive problem solvers who embrace innovative strategies. Ideal candidates will have four (4) years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in urban planning or related field. The salary range for Senior Planner $124,728 – $151,600 DOQE (+5.5% July 2024) and is supplemented by an attractive benefits package.
